Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions

Ensuring the safety of our clients is our utmost concern. If our seasoned captain deems weather conditions unsuitable for maritime activities, we extend flexible alternatives:
- Full Reimbursement: Full refund when rescheduling is not an option
- Rescheduling: Booking can be shifted to another available slot free of charge
- Rental Credit: Credit valid for one year from the original booking date
Procedure for Assessing Weather Conditions
We assess the weather comprehensively including:
- Evaluating wind patterns and strength
- Investigating ocean wave magnitudes and sea state
- Forecasting visibility and precipitation
- Heeding maritime advisories and alerts
- Assurance of safety by our professional captains
Timeframe for Decision: The call on weather-induced cancellations is made no later than 4 hours before the planned departure.
Repayments for Medical Emergencies
Cases of Urgency
We recognize the unforeseen nature of health crises. The following events may receive special concession:
- Hospitalization due to sudden ailment or casualty
- Bereavement of a close kin
- Sudden military obligations or recalls
- Legal duties such as jury service or subpoenas
- Calamities affecting travel capabilities
Proof Requirements
Please furnish the following endorsements for processing emergency reimbursements:
- A doctor's note or hospital account
- Death notification (if relevant)
- Compulsory military orders
- Legal summons or notice for jury duty
- Announcements or declarations of emergencies inhibiting travel
Procedure: Emergency repayments are attended to within 3-5 working days after the submission of valid documentation.
Cancellations Due to Operational Constraints
Technical Hindrances
Should the designated yacht face insurmountable mechanical setbacks:
- Substitution: We will endeavor to provide a vessel of equal caliber
- Full Reimbursement: Issued if no comparable alternative can be secured
- Partial Reimbursement: Offered if the substitute vessel is priced differently
- Compensation: We may offer additional remuneration for any inconvenience
Lack of Crew Availability
If we face a scarcity of certified crew members:
- An attempt will be made to arrange alternate crewing
- A full refund if the yacht rental can't proceed
- An option to rebook at no extra cost

Any refunds will be processed using the same payment medium utilized for the initial reservation:

- Bank Wire Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash or Cheque: 3-5 business days

- Validity Period: Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be passed on to others

- Application: Applicable towards any available yacht rental
- Non-Extendable: No prolongation past the designated 12 months
Refunds for Partial Utilization of Services
Interruptions of Service
If your yacht experience is disrupted or curtailed due to preventable issues on our part:
- Proportional refunds based on the non-utilized segment of time
- Credit for a future excursion of identical worth
- Complimentary additional services or benefits
Early Termination Due to Guests
If the outing ends earlier than scheduled due to guests' conduct or infringement of safety regulations:
- No refunds for the remaining time
- Total cost remains payable
- Additional fees may be levied
