What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel costs covered, and basic beverages. Sunset sailings provide upscale refreshments and starters, while business charters offer meeting amenities and tailored catering services.
How much lead time is necessary for a booking?
It's advisable to reserve a yacht 2–3 weeks ahead, or even longer during our busy period between May and September. To secure the best options for business gatherings or private events, aim to book 4–6 weeks early, as this allows for greater availability and customization time.
What's the procedure if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our highest concern. Unfavorable weather as determined by our captain will result in offering you an alternative date or a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if potential problems are predicted 24 hours before your departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you are free to bring your own snacks and drinks. We supply exceptional catering options as well and are glad to tailor our menu offerings according to your tastes. Please be aware for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with limited mobility?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible. While some yachts are equipped with more accessibility features than others, we advise you to discuss your specific requirements upon booking so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and setup any required arrangements.
Can you tell me about your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made over 72 hours before the scheduled departure are fully refunded. Those cancelled within 24–72 hours are refunded 50%. Should you cancel less than 24 hours before, no refund is issued unless the cancellation is due to us, like weather conditions or mechanical failures.
