CommonsSteadyWay offers a variety of luxury yacht charter services such as:

  • Yacht rentals for the day
  • Evening sails
  • Corporate outings
  • Exclusive gatherings
  • Extended charters

The availability of services depends on several factors, including weather conditions. Services may be altered or terminated at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you need to:

  • Confirm that you are over 18 years old
  • Supply valid and complete personal details
  • Make a deposit payment as per your booking confirmation
  • Accept our Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We guarantee your reservation once payment has been made and we have sent a written confirmation. We maintain the right to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are contingent on the availability of our fleet and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to meet your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and tax-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Prices are susceptible to modifications without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the full charter price, payable at the time of booking
  • Final payment: To be settled 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Any incidental expenses: Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including leading credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our payment systems are secured and encrypted for your protection.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancellation occurs over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund excluding processing charges
  • Canceling between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: Not eligible for a refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain determine weather conditions as unsafe, we will offer one of the following:

  • A rescheduled charter on the nearest available date at no extra charge
  • A full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the vessel you're assigned encounters mechanical problems, we will strive to supply an appropriate substitute. Should that prove not possible, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to crew instructions at all times
  • Utilize the provided safety gear when necessary
  • Report any health conditions which might affect their onboard safety
  • Stay in areas of the yacht designated for passengers

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are banned from being brought on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Unlawful materials
  • Guns or any form of weaponry
  • Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages such as juices or lemonades (judged beyond what is seen as reasonable consumption)
  • Animals, unless approved beforehand

6.3 Conduct

Travelers must behave courteously and respectfully. Charter services may be halted without compensatory refund if passenger behavior is deemed to endanger safety or disrupts the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the sum paid for your charter. We do not cover:

  • Personal injuries due to passenger negligence
  • Property loss or damage
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from weather or other uncontrollable factors

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We have comprehensive insurance that covers our vessels and activities, but passengers are advised to have their own travel and personal insurance in place.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our services, you recognize the inherent dangers of marine activities and take personal accountability for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary, route, or schedule changes may be made based on conditions such as weather or for overall safety and operational requirements. We will aim to provide a comparable alternative should any changes ensue.

9. Force Majeure

Our responsibility does not extend to changes, interruptions, or failures stemming from events beyond our control, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Legal constraints
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel mechanical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal details are processed following our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implies consent to our data collection and usage as detailed in the said policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content such as text, images, and logos is protected by intellectual property rights. You are prohibited from reproducing or otherwise distributing the content without obtaining our explicit authorization in writing.
